ONETHREE is a clothing and lifestyle brand that offers apparel and related products through its online platform. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colours, measurements, prices, and other information displayed on the website are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric characteristics, printing processes, or manufacturing. Product availability is subject to change, and ONETHREE reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, pricing, descriptions, and other website content at any time without prior notice.
All prices displayed on the ONETHREE website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. ONETHREE reserves the right to change product prices at any time. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed on the website at the time your order is successfully placed. Any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
ONETHREE currently accepts prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders must be paid in full through the payment methods made available on the website at the time of checkout. An order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation. ONETHREE reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, technical errors, stock discrepancies, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Once an order has been successfully placed, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already entered processing or fulfilment. If a cancellation is permitted, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or through another method determined by ONETHREE, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.
ONETHREE follows a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. Products purchased from ONETHREE cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, preference, styling choice, or any other reason unrelated to damage or a verified manufacturing defect. We therefore encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, measurements, and other details before placing an order.
In exceptional circumstances, if a product is delivered damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, ONETHREE may replace the affected product at its discretion. Customers must contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of receiving the product and provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the damage or defect. The product may be inspected or requested back for verification before a replacement is approved. Replacement will only be provided after ONETHREE determines that the issue qualifies under this policy. Products that have been worn, washed, altered, improperly handled, or damaged after delivery will generally not qualify for replacement. Normal wear and tear, minor variations in fabric, colour, printing, stitching, or finishing will not ordinarily be considered defects. If the exact product is unavailable, ONETHREE may provide an appropriate alternative or another resolution at its discretion.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their name, address, mobile number, email address, and other order information are accurate and complete. ONETHREE will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to ONETHREE due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the order, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, any re-shipment, if offered, may be subject to additional charges.
Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. ONETHREE works with third-party logistics and courier partners to fulfil orders and is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our direct control. Customers may receive tracking information where available and can use the provided tracking details to follow the progress of their order.
Once an order has been handed over to the designated courier or logistics partner, delivery is subject to the courier's operational processes. Customers are expected to be available to receive their order or provide accurate instructions where applicable. In the event of a delivery issue, customers should contact ONETHREE as soon as possible so that we can coordinate with the relevant logistics partner.
All intellectual property appearing on the ONETHREE website, including the ONETHREE name, logo, graphics, photographs, illustrations, product designs, text, videos, artwork, layouts, and other creative material, belongs to or is licensed to ONETHREE and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, or commercially used without prior written permission from ONETHREE.
Customers agree to use the ONETHREE website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the website's operation, security, or accessibility. Any attempt to misuse the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, conduct fraudulent transactions, or otherwise interfere with our systems may result in termination of access and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
