By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete. Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided by you. ONETHREE reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing or product information, technical errors, stock discrepancies, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, ONETHREE may provide a replacement for the affected product, subject to verification. Customers must contact ONETHREE within [48 hours / 7 days] of receiving the product and provide clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect. The product may be required to be returned or inspected before a replacement is approved. Replacement requests are reviewed individually, and ONETHREE reserves the right to determine whether the reported issue qualifies for replacement.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, improperly cared for, or damaged through normal use may not qualify for replacement. Minor variations in colour, texture, stitching, printing, or finishing that are consistent with the nature of the product or manufacturing process may not be considered defects.
If an approved replacement is unavailable due to the product being out of stock, ONETHREE may provide an appropriate alternative or another resolution at its discretion.
Any estimated timelines displayed on the website are provided for general guidance and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. ONETHREE will not be responsible for delays caused by events or circumstances outside our control.
